What does wellness mean to you?

One would think wellness is the absence of illness or it’s a athletic built men or women who spends a majority of their time in the gym and running triathlons. Well that’s not the case.
Let us talk about it in a little more detail.

What all is neccessary for a person to be consider well?

Is it something that can be attain overnight?

As with anything in life, some level of balance is needed,it is something we have to strive towards.
