How do you enjoy life while juggling work, family, and your health? There’s no simple answer, but the key is to create a schedule that works for you. A month ago before graduating my life was pretty hectic with juggling school, work, exercising, and spending time with my daughter and family. What kept me going was taking care of my personal health. Exercising was my dose of medicining with dealing with stress. As a result, I was able to keep my sanity and have a clear mindset.
My schedule mainly consisted of working out 3-4 times a week (early morning or evening), work afterwards, school 2-3 times a week, studying, and family time on the weekends. The schedule I created worked perfectly for me and I was still able to enjoy life. Not everyone has the same schedule as I did, but there has to be balance in your life to really enjoy life and those things that mean the most to you.
